The consensus at Mayo is that all of this stuff is central not peripheral.  So it's a brain thing.  No real diagnosis...just a continuation of "wait and see."  Well, I tried my best.  Daily rehab is not possible because John's progress will not be fast enough.  So Mayo recommended that he be evaluated and given a 3 month at home program....then re-evaluated every 3 months.  Also I am going to get him a light-weight wheelchair so he can get out and have a life without becoming so tired.  He really loves to be around people and his mind needs to be stimulated.  His weight and general health are stable right now so I am going to be focusing more on the quality of his life.  Lynn
