Deanna and Kai,So incredibly sorry to hear of John's passing....
I havent seen John since high school but have been following the posts here on CB...the PVCS family is small but powerful!  So many friends have been praying for John, and will continue to pray for you and Kai. Sending you light and peace!

Deanna and Kai, Though we haven't seen John for a while, we have fond memories of his winsome smile, his skiing with abandon and his love for his patients and other people.  I particularly remember a case where he was the one who made the decisions and provided the majority of the care for a life threatening injury and he saved a life.  There were probably other cases, but that's the one I remember.  I can imagine him and His discussions with God about His love for both of you - and how much he wants you to have a full life.  Be blessed knowing that John lived and loved well and he will never be forgotten.

We are praying for you,
Patti and Dan Burnett

Hi John It's Morgan Nichols,

I just thought of you this weekend when I pulled out an old photo album and there were some freshman year North Park photos.  I only just heard about you this morning when Craig Sutton sent me an email about your condition.  Although we have some similar interests in the the outdoors, we did not manage to stay in touch over the years.  I now have 4 boys names Lucas, Liam, Isak and Owen and we live near Fox River Grove northwest of Chicago and all four (ages 10, 7, 5 and 3) are Ski Jumping.  We are headed to Park City, UT this weekend for a ski jump camp  and I'm a really looking forward to it - I have never been there.

I would run into your brother every once in a while and he would give me an update on what you were up to.

Stay strong and don't give up the fight man.
