Wow...I am not going to give you all much warning here...I am just going to shout, "Hurray!!!"  HURRAY!!!!
This is a picture of me today and I am pointing at my hair.  A year later and hurray I have hair!!  And I am done!
I am DONE.  I had my last treatment today and I am DONE.  And I am done with surgeries and I have already had my port out and I am DONE.  I can hardly believe it and I feel like I should be crashing some cymbals together or something and doing a little dance, but I am DONE having them put crazy medicine in my body.  Hopefully DONE forever!
So...I have big plans of really putting up a thoughtful and lengthy post soon that wraps up our last two years, but for those of you who would prefer the short version and not my verbose musing, here is the story on me:  I am DONE.  :)
I do have some of those typical feelings of, "Yikes, am I really done?"  "Did they really get it all?"  "Are they sure they shouldn't give me some other kind of drug?"  "What if it comes back?"
However, those nagging thoughts are quieted in the end by the huge smile that spreads across my face and I can celebrate today....and tomorrow and hopefully lots and lots and lots of tomorrows because the doctors did their job, the crazy medicines did their job, and most of all, God held us all together (me, Scott, my kids, and all our many, many care-givers) and made it possible for all of us to do all of these jobs.
HURRAY!!

By the way, I have updated the picture gallery.  I am working on telling the story that way too...it is incomplete right now, but for those of you who were really hoping to see what I looked like with a mohawk...or me bald...or me with my short hair right now....take a look!  Those pictures are up!  :)

Thank you all for supporting us and loving us through these last two years.  We are excited to see what God calls us to now after all this...we feel like there must be something big to do for Him after he so clearly lavished us with his grace and healing and love through all of you.  Amazing stuff....anyway, there I go trying to make this entry longer!

Goodnight for now, friends.  :)
