I hope everyone was able to stay cool during the heat wave we had.  Wow was it hot.  This weekend I went to a Women of Faith conference in St.Louis.  It was an awesome weekend.  All of the speakers were great.  The praise and worship team were awesome. Steven Curtis Chapman was great as always.  We laughed, we cried, and were blessed in so many ways.  We had 17 women from church go and we all had a great time and got to know each other better. There were several thousand women there and it was just an awesome feeling when everyone was singing.  Mandissa, she was on American Idol, did an awesome job.  When she sang she gave it her all you knew she was definitely annointed by God.  Her personality is great.  We met women from different states and became friends.  I ran into a couple of friends that I haven't seen in a while and that was nice to.  Please remember the children fighting cancer and say a prayer for them.
