May 29th --  The countdown has begun!!  Jessica is nearly finished with her highschool career and these are definitely exciting times!
Not only are there all of the end-of-year activities going on with school, but Jess is also actively involved with the planning of this year's JKB softball tournament, which is taking place on June 12 and 13th.  She recently completed her own design for this year's tournament t-shirts.  And while she would never call herself a professional artist, I think those of you who are playing in the tourney and receiving a complimentary t-shirt will be very happy with what she came up with.  Again, if anyone would like info on the JKB tourney (team spots are filling up fast) just contact Mark at BurrellM@oacsd.org.  He can get you a team sign-up sheet, sponsor information, or anything else you might need.  As we let you know in the last update, this year's event will not only benefit Jessica, but will also help in finding a cure for spinal cord injuries!!
Jessica is going to go spend the afternoon with her favorite "nephew" Jack, so we have to go for now.  Hope everyone is well and see you soon!
