We hope this message finds everyone well and enjoying the fall weather and festivitieswith those who are near and dear to your hearts. Life is not easy by any sense of the word for us. We do however, continue to put one foot in front of the other and make the best of each day that we are given. God had granted us his peace and mercy to make it through one day at a time without our precious Jeremy. Jeremy's first birthday is coming up at the end of this month. As you can imagine, this will be a hard day for our family. We have CHOSEN to celebrate his life. There's no better way to celebrate Jeremy's life with us here on earth and all that he has accomplished than to GIVE LIFE to someone else. We plan to hold a blood drive in his honor and memory. December 1, 2008 1-7 p.m. Christ Lutheran Lutheran Church Catonsville, MD. 21228 For those who may have participated before, this is the same location as one of the previous Blood Drives. Please contact me directly if you are interested in blood donation and/or volunteering your time to help. I am looking for volunteers to work in two hour slots for the registration table and canteen. There are fifty slots available for blood donors. We also plan to have a Bake Sale to raise money for Jeremy's Foundation. (More to come on this later) We would greatly appreciate any baked goods for the sale and volunteers to help work at this table. As always, thanks so much for you compassion and willingness to support us as we journey through this storm. With Grateful Hearts, Scott and Amy 410-747-6755
