Dear Kim,
I was shocked and saddened when I heard about Jeff. I can't imagine the depth of your saddness! When I think of you both, I first remember hanging out upstairs in Jet with Jeff while he tried to figure out how to capture you! Kim, he was crazy about you! I have the best memory of the way you would laugh and giggle when he grabbed you! My dear friend, I have been trying to contact you, but only learned of this site yesterday. My prayers are with you and Tyler (who btw, looks so much like Jeff)

Kim and Tyler:  I'm so sorry to hear of Jeff's passing.  Sometimes God works in mysterious ways.....Jeff is no longer feeling any pain......his chains are gone.  He was such a kind and passionate man and will be greatly missed.  We will be praying for you and your family during this very difficult time.

  • I had the privilege of becoming a member of the Lawton FFA my freshman year in junior high. I was a member throughout my entire high school career. I showed cattle, gave speeches, and was blessed and lucky enough to be the President my senior year. I had so many opportunities such as attending Alumni Camp, State FFA Convention and the National FFA Convention. As a member of the Lawton FFA, we had numerous Ag teachers where other towns only had one. Mr. Miller was the glue of our organization. Mr. Jeff Miller was such a hard working, caring man, who taught me how important it is to respect yourself, the organization and how to have pride in your work. He was the father to all the Lawton FFA officers. His TOUGH love was always appreciated. He reminded me daily how special everyone is and how to always treat others better than you would want to be treated. I am very fortunate to have had the opportunity to have him as a mentor for four wonderful years. He loved FFA and helped crazy kids like myself have just as much love for it. I will always be grateful for the huge impact he left in my life. He helped myself and so many others for the better. He will be truly missed. RIP MR. Jeff Miller.

Kim and Tyler - I just came in the office today for a little while and checked my email. I was shocked to learn of Jeff's death, but comforted by the fact that he had begun a relationship with Jesus just before you guys moved to Claremore! Please know we are praying for you during this time.

My deepest condolences to Kim, Tyler and the entire Miller Family. Jeff was a proud man full of integrity and good will. He loved kids he loved his job and he loved his wife. He was a fierce competetior and won honors whereever he took his teams. He was loved by his students and he was respected by his peers. Jeff was my close friend when I lived in Lawton, I am very saddened by his departure. God has great things planned for Jeff and he will accept them with an open heart. I will pray for your soul to have a speedy trip to God Jeff. Please pray for all if us as well. I miss you my cowboy friend and have thought about you and will continue to think about you often. God Bless Us All!

Kim & Tyler,
We are so sorry to hear that God has called Jeff home.  He is an amazing man that will truly be missed. Even though we know he is in a better place it is still hard to let go of his presence here on earth.  We will be lifting you and your family up in prayer. Godspeed Jeff, may you rest in peace.
