The family would like to thank each of you for everything that you have done. Your overwhelming support speaks volumes for the person that Jeff was and the impact that he had on each of us. The loss of Jeff has brought us not only heartache, but has also brought each of you into our lives. We will forever hold you close as your visits, support and friendship have been what have and will continue to get us through.
