Give a Tribute Donation

Help ensure no one has to face life’s most difficult journeys alone by honoring Jake with a donation to help CaringBridge reach our $1 million goal!

My Story

Jake was involved in a car accident on Monday, June  3, 2013.  He was life-flighted to Creighton Alegent Health in Omaha and was in a drug induced comma for six days.  Jake has had numerous surgeries including vertebra, clavicle, and reconstructive facial surgery.  Jake continues to improve thanks to your continued prayers and support.
