Jadyn had a blood transfusion Tuesday. She only made it three days this time. She was on a oral antibiotic to cover her just in case she did have a UTI (Omnicef)...it has always seemed like oral antibiotics make her bleed. Her last dose was Sunday night. She is still on Vancomycin (iv antibiotic) for the infection she had on her chest. 

Anyway, she is still having black stools off and on...mostly on!

Her cbc was good this morning hgb 12.6 plt 61

Jadyn is talking all the time now. She is trying so hard to get the words to come out clear.

I don't know what the deal is...but I've heard allot of people say that they aren't getting the e-mail notifications to let them know when I've posted a update. The only thing I would suggest is to resubmit to get the updates & hopefully that will work. If you do that & your still having problems contact Caring Bridge.
