Hello Everyone~ I want to send out a HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who helped make the March of Babies walk a great success for our family team: Jacob's Journey. Thanks to all who donated either money or by walking or BOTH - it was all very much appreciated! Our family team was 20 members strong this year and raised over $800!! It was bitterly cold on Saturday, but I was so touched to see everyone there!! I, myself, had a great time chatting along the way and sipping on my coffee, which didn't take too long to cool down! I believe the actual temp was around 32 degrees that day as we had snow/sleet in our faces as well as strong winds. Brrrrr....it makes my joints hurt all over again, just thinking of it!! I spoke to other family teams that I knew were going to be there and they had a lot of members not show because of the cold weather. It made me so happy to think that everyone that signed up to walk with us that day showed up and gave it their all! We had cold bodies, but our hearts were warm!!! Thanks so much again to everyone!!! :) I am posting new pictures from the walk on Saturday. Last weekend in April and we are all bundled up because it is SNOWING - ugh!!!
