Another big day! Jax hit 6 lbs, passed his hearing test, and got circumsized. The steps for coming home now are to continue without alarms and to lose the nasal gavage (feeding tube). He still gets tired during feedings once in a while and has to take the last little bit of milk through his tube. Once the tube is gone for good, we know we can feed him sufficiently at home.

We also have to line up a pediatrician for him, and he has to undergo a congenital heart screening. The murmur his doctor heard in the early weeks of his life isn't detectable anymore, but the screening is standard procedure.

Lastly, we get to room in with him for a night or two at the hospital. Looking forward to that. :)
