It is with heavy hearts that we tell you that at this evening Jack moved on to his next great adventure. His final days were filled with friends and stories of good times.

God Bless you Jack. You are not gone, but will live on through the friendships you've created between all of us.

For those interested, the headstone has been set at Jack's gravesite. The cemetery name is Pompey Immaculate Conception Cemetery, and is located in the village of Pompey (just off US 20) on Cemetery Road. Jack's grave is about a 100 yards in from the 4th entrance road down Cemetery Road. Check the photos page for a picture of the stone.
