Dear Jack and family- I wanted to say thanks for all the effort you all put into this last weekend.

In May, I ran 26.2 in Lincoln for my daugher Claire who has Leukemia and we raised 11,000 dollars with that effort, which is a small portion of the efforts you all have given back.

I ran the 13.1 for you and Claire on Sunday.  When ever I had pains or hurt I just thought of all the + energy you all gave out and put my head down and ran harder.  Attitude is altitude so keep the head down and run hard.   Here's to you and all the positive energy I'm sending back your way.

Jack, hope the trial treatment is going well.  Just think "when" this is successful for you, how much it will help other children.  As a long time Husker Fan, now living in Texas, it makes me proud to see how the Husker Family has come together to support you, your family and all those affected by this terrible disease.  Keep on smiling that beautiful smile.

Thinking of you, Jack.  Prayers to you, your doctors, and your family.  I think of you daily and have talked to my fifth graders about you.  You are such an inspiration, because you have been so strong and such a positive, amazing leader for helping others fighting the same battle you are.  Rex is your hero--you are my hero!  My family and I were there when you ran at the Spring game--that was one of the most memorable experiences of my life.  You are in my prayers, Jack, as always.  I have bought almost all of the shirts on your website for our son who is a sophomore in H.S.....Hugs and kisses from Cathe McCaffrey, Alliance, Nebraska

Dear Andy, Jack and Family,
I admire your perspective and faith throughout this journey.  The strength and love you exhibit is inspiring  in so many ways.  While this is another challenge along the way, I have every confidence you all will pull through again.  My thoughts and prayers will continue to be with you, your family, and the doctors and nurses administering the trial and caring for Jack.
Take care and God bless,
