I’m now 40!  I had a surprise birthday party last night.  It was held at our favorite place called Pin-Up Bowl.  It’s a martini bar with a bowling alley inside.  I do have to thank everyone who came.  The biggest surprise was my brother came into town.  The only bad part of the party is I didn’t eat any food except for some hummus and chips.  There was pizza, chicken nuggets, and other bar food.  Did have 1.25 drinks and went around to about 40 people.  I had to make my rounds.

The biggest news since the last posting was I’m now somewhat walking without crutches.  I only use my crutches for long distances or using one to go up and down the stairs.

May 6th I find out if I’m able to get my knee operated on.  This will allow me to bend my knee to 90 degrees from 45 right now.  It would just rock to be able to bend this knee more than what it is right now.  If they don’t work on the knee I will still have to go to KUMed to get my IVC filter out.  One way or another I will have surgery soon.  Which I hate!!!!
