Thank you for this update.  I have often wondered how your son was progressing and feel blessed to hear about him.  We are 22 years into my brother's new life with a TBI and I can so relate to what you say about grieving for what was lost yet choosing to focus on the blessings and all that is there...even the new things that are there!!  May the Lord strengthen you all and bless you all on your journey. Lesly Barnes

Thank you so much for giving me an update on Harrison.  Although we never met, I was made aware of his story by a friend who knew I would offer prayer.  (and I did)  I have thought of him and your family many times in the years since. I am thrilled to know that he is still making progress! I pray he continues to amaze!

Colleen,
Harrison has been in my thoughts and prayers multiple times through the past four years. I'm glad to hear that his progress is still going forward. It has been so long since I last saw him, but I remember being so thankful that I could speak with him. As a fellow mother of four children, I think you have done an amazing job keeping your family counting their blessings.

I am so happy to hear from you about Harrisons recovery proccess.  I worked with a young man this past school year who looks so much like Harrison and so I thought of him everytime I worked with my student.

God bless Harrison and I pray that his health continues to improve and that life is very good to him!

God bless you and your family also. I know that the accident didnt just change H, it changed everyone.

Well, just a few days ago I was thinking about Harrison and wondered what had become of him -- and here is the notification in my mailbox. I am happy to hear that H. is doing fairly well and that all have grown through the challenge. May God continue to guide you and bless you all-ways!

Peace and Blessings,

Hi H. & family, I regret that I have not followed up with you as I intended to.  One of our daughters, Caroline, died in Feb of this year and we have not been the same.  We help out with  her 3 children  whenever Dad needs us.  We are getting better.

Man, I am so excited at the progress you are making.  I am not surprised that God is doing this but you sure do have a big part  of recovery just by your courage.  As I have said before, UBD1.
