Sorry it has been so long since the last update but the girls are keeping us quit busy! Haley is doing pretty well. SHe does not have to go back to the cardiologist for 1 year! They finally got her blood pressure under control not sure how it got so out of hand but it seems to be going fine now with the help of clonidine. They actually have also taken her off her aminophallyn (rx to help her breath-apnea) and she is doing great. Not only is she off the drug she is off her oxygen! ? Go figure that one out! She did however start with some autistic movement in her extremities and is hurting herself so badly she is covered in bruises. They have started using arm splints on her to keep her from hitting herself, this phase really stinks! We feel so helpless and i hate restraining her! If anyone has any suggestions please let me know. They did start her on respirdol to see if that would help but it could take up to two weeks to start working on we only started a few days ago. She is still having daily seizures but they will never stop unfortunately. She was loosing about a lb a week in her weight but she is finally starting to put some back on. She is up to 50.2lbs as of today YEAH!! Addie is cathcing up to her fast! Addison is no 4 months old already 23.5 inches and 13.4lbs. She is just PERFECT! she is rolling over, talking up a blue streak, giveing raspberries, bearing weight on her legs, sucking her thumb, sleeping through the night, reaching and grabbing for toys, everything goes into the mouth, laughing and just all around perfect. She loves her johnny jump up, excersaucer and swing. She will entertain herself and self sooth herself and but herself to sleep when she is tired. She is extremely pleasant and always laughing and smiling. She is truly a gift from God! The cardiologist has also cleared her!!!! Her heart works its self out so she no longer has to go back! SHe went for her 4 mo pediatrician check up and he said she seems fine and that she is ahead of schedule developmentally. Please continue to pray for Haley that she can continue to enjoy her baby sister for years to come and that this thrashing stage will end soon please also pray for us as we just feel so helpless for her. Also pray for Addie to continue to do so well and to continue to bring such joy to us all as a family! Much Love to ALL!
