My Story

Welcome to Greg Goodsons' CaringBridge site.  We created it to keep friends and family informed.  You can see how Greg is doing in the Journal, or leave your loving words in the Guestbook.  Also, have a question?  Ask us in the Guestbook and we will answer in the Journal...  :-)  Valerie



Greg has struggled with a blood disorder, myeloproliferative syndrome, that can and has developed into Acute Myeloid Leukemia.  He begins aggressive chemotherapy in clinical trials monday, January 7, 2013, at UCSF Medical Center.  The trial adds a new medication to chemo that potentially increases the effectiveness of the therapy.  He will be in the hospital for 4 - 6 weeks.
