Happy Birthday Gillian! Today is our sweet little girl's 2nd birthday. I can't believe she's no longer a baby. We had a party for her with all of her friends on Saturday. She had a great time. It was so good to see her running around and playing like a "normal" child. Gillian had a visit with her oncologist last week for her monthly blood work. Everything came back great and her immune system is pretty much back to normal. She also had her two year well check with her pediatrician. The ped said that her growth and development are right on track. We feel so lucky that Gillian is doing so well considering everything she's been through. We are still waiting to find out exactly when Gillian's next scans will be. They will be sometime this month, but we're not sure when yet.
