Gabriel has been off Treatment for 6 months now and counting. We have not updated on Gabriel's great progress for a while, because we did not want to take the focus away from all the other sick kids out there, and their day to day struggles. There are so many. I wanted to change the home page with an update that Gabriel is doing fantastic!!! He completed his 6 month OT check-ups and they took a lot of blood. They will check his titers to see what immunizations that he has lost from all the blood transfusions during his last 2 years. He has officially stopped his final pills, Bactrium, which he was getting for the last 6 months on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. NO MORE MEDS!
