How 'bout those Tarheels knocking off Notre Dame on Saturday? Roll 'em down you Tarheel warriors, roll 'em down...

Fro and I had to celebrate on Sunday so I grabbed another takeaway feast from The Bridgetender. The next thing I knew we were both in "stuffed belly" nirvana which was just as well because we certainly weren't getting entertained by the 49'ers as they squandered a lead and lost to Philly.

Fro's appetite is returning as he continues to exercise - he walked over 2 miles one day last week - and focus on the upcoming chemo treatments. Kim Schmitz called on Sunday to wish Fro well and share his own cancer war stories. He had a big surgery last May to deal with colon cancer. He's doing well now, an amazing survivor considering all he's been through. What an incredible cast of characters that has reached out to Fro. You are awesome! You all send him such love and strength. Keep it coming. He has a big battle ahead of him, starting next week.

***ONLY 6 MORE DAYS TILL "FROSTOCK" AT ALPINE MEADOWS LODGE ON SUNDAY***
