Three Years Off Treatment September was pediatric cancer awareness month. Today is the THREE YEARS OFF TREATMENT anniversary. Evan's oncologist has never seen a child relapse after thirty-six months off treatment. Today marks the anniversary of his 3 years since he had his last chemotherapy pill or IV. Yippee, hurray. He's doing fine. He's looking fine. We are planning on looking into physical therapy. He really struggles to run due to stiff joints. Hopefully something can be done to help him. He doesn't let it get him down too much...yet. Just had to let you know that although I've stopped updating I couldn't help but update today. We are VERY happy.
