Born on 28/10/2007 at 03.40am weighing 7lb 5oz at UHND. ALL HELL BROKE LOOSE

It was eventually found that you had heart defects: Transpositional Arteries, Pulmonary Stenosis and a VSD. He also has Severe Reflux, Delayed Gastric Emptying...

Today we went to see Dr Spencer at the Freeman about Ethans respiritory problems.

They could hear a squeak, he has a chest infection so thats no surprise.. so... they have booked him in for a bronchoscopy to try find out why he has so many infections..

Possible reasons given were:

Di George Syndrome - awaiting results from chromosome check

Lung Defects

Aspiration - where the food doesnt stay in the tummy

Immunity disorder

and thats all I can remember... we go in on 24th July so keep your fingers crossed....

I go back to work on Tuesday so I am dreading it!!
