Almost a month has passed since my last update and there hasn't been many changes... today Douggie got his chest tube (aka port) removed.  My mom and sister got to be there and all seemed to go well besides there being a little bit of poking and prodding that Douggie didn't care for.  Now he can start to look for work and not be so concerned about showering cautiously ;)  The doctors never did find out why his platelets were going down, but things seem fine now.  Every once in a while, he has some really bad days of pain, but I think they are more due to his arthritis.  Please pray for more better days than those yucky ones!  Also, continue to pray and thank the Lord if this is truly a miraculous healing!!!  He is so good to us all :)
