I postes the following on the PMP Bellybutton clubs site, so I thought I would repeat it here and some that are not on that site can read it also.

Canada’s own PMP’ers

To all Canadian PMP’ers (and all other PMP’ers) We had a meeting of PMP’ers and some of their families at the Pickle Barrel restaurant in Toronto. The main stars were Glen Sweeney and Don George (from Sharon, Ontario), the meeting was very informative and very close (hugs all around) Glen From (Montreal, Quebec) had his wife Janet and his two sisters Eileen and Ruth (from Toronto), Thea was there with me (Don) We had a round booth so we all fit in there well, we occupied this space for 3 hours (we did not even get kicked out) and covered all topics and many names from this site came up.

Nothing was solved at this gathering but it was great to meet a fellow PMP’er. We decided that this may be the start of not only a new friendship but maybe a start of some kind of annual meeting of those of us in Canada and can include anyone south of the border to join us from near by states or others willing to travel.

I have been envious of the meetings that we read about on this site, so instead of being envious we are going to try to start our own.

We all wish to thank every one on this site that responded to our needs on here and those that wrote in our Caringbridge sites, you know who you are, you are caring people who put aside your own problems to try and assist or offer support to others.

Laura Kidder said it right we are different people post PMP, most are better as we concentrate on things that are more important than the accumulation of things, which makes for more room for Love, Compassion and the desire to help others.

I am running off at the fingers here so I will end this.
