Hello! Aunt Deb walked 1/2 a mile today, outside, in the beautiful weather! Heart rate was great! Must say that when we returned for the walk though, we were down for the count! Slept quite a bit today. Did not leave the house. The combination of yesterday and our walk this morning, took it out of her. After our naps, we made a WONDERFUL dinner together on the grill! Shrimp and vegetables!!! Eating, sleeping and eating...sounds about like normal! More news tomorrow.
