Thank you faithful friends and family for your support this past year. You have helped our family in so many ways, mostly by sharing great stories of David and remembering him in so many honorable ways. Tonight we host our annual Wild Game Feast at the office. A fund raiser started by David for the Children at Denton State School, and held dear to his heart. It will be so sad not to have him with us, but it will remind us also, of just how many lives his great life touched. Thursday marks one year since his death. The sadness I feel this week is overwhelming, but I thank God that David is not in the pain he was, one year ago today. No one should have to suffer what he did. Meanwhile, our lives are going on well. We had a record year at Bowden's Guaranteed Hydromulch thanks to the groundwork David laid. We have had to remove our sign on the highway as well as the putting green. TXDOT has rights to that area now for utilities and the eventual widening of Colleyville Blvd. So, "no" we are not going out of business, or changing our direction, we are thriving, bu....in the market for a newly placed sign. The girls are doing well. Heather misses her Dad tremendously, as you would expect, but she is tough and thriving. He taught her so many things that she can use as a young adult starting out, and as a mother. On the Paige comes home from college, she misses seeing David smile from his massage chair, as she walks through the door. But she too is thriving and graduates from Stephen F. Austin next month, yea! Our family appreciates your friendship and love. Without you, we could not have made it through this year as smoothly. God Bless with love and great health, Lori
