Well, the walk was amazing! We were so happy to have so many friends and family with us on such a hot and sticky day in the city. The kids were so proud of what they accomplished and were thrilled to get a medal at the end of the walk. It really was a great time, with lots of food, fun, cool drinks and amazing company. I felt Darius with us the whole way. We can't wait to do it again next year! And when all is said and done we will have added another $3000 to our Darius fund (and Marcus and his buddy Drew were thirlled that they got to see about 15 dead fish in the Charles, that is 9 year old boys for you!) Thank you all so much! My only regret is that I forgot my camera, but hopefully some of our team will send me the photo's they got and I will share them with you. Other then that, we are gearing up for the summer. The kids get out next Wednesday, and then it will be lazy days by the pool, and hopefully the shore! Now that they all can swim, maybe I will get some enjoyment out of our trips to the Cape. We are so lucky to have such a great family, and with a little bit of luck nobody will break any limbs on the last day of school! Love, Candace and the gang
