Dear The Watters,

God bless your faithfulness to the Lord & caring hearts!!..

James 1:2-4
Consider it a great joy whenever you experience various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance. But endurance must do its complete work, so that you may be mature and complete, lacking nothing.

Greetings to the Walters Family, God has tested you again.  God has loved you so much that HE comes back again and again to test you and all of you respond so beautifully.  I can just imagine how painful that phone call was during that night. I am sure that a million thoughts rushed through your heads and the most important one was "Is he OK?" God be with you through these days and give all of you the strength that you need. God's Blessings be upon you.  Sister M. Dianna Hell.

Praise Jesus for His protection and grace.  In a world that is full of brokenness, how good to have a heavenly Father who measures out all of the moments of our life in His good purpose. Much grace to you, Amy Katterson The LORD God is a sun and shield. The LORD bestows favor and honor; no good thing does He withhold from those who walk uprightly. Psalm 84:11

Deb and Mike, That is indeed the phone call I dread, as I have just entered this season of teaching Jesse (my firstborn) how to drive.  Deb, thank you for being your usual honest self and sharing your thoughts and feelings.  I know that God is sovereign over the good times and bad, yet it is still so encouraging to see His mercies in your life.  I know God never changes and he will continue to amaze you and I with his lovingkindness.  God is our refuge and our fortress even when dreaded phone calls come our way. We are rejoicing with you that God delivered Eric, and the others, from harm last night.  We will continue to praise Him. Please give our love to all,

Hi Mike and Deb, We saw Eric and the group of Pathway friends at the Fair yesterday - what a great group of youth!  As Dennis and I were leaving, we made the comment about the many intoxicated young adults/adults.  How sad.  I'm so sorry to read of the accident but so thankful in the Lords' soverignty that no one was physically injured.  Frightening.  We love you and miss you dearly.  Thinking of you this week and praying for the Lord's peace to be your comfort. Love, Brenda (for the Orlow family)

Deb....how scary....I gave my testimony at Connection Wed. and started  out by saying, "One ring of your phone can change your whole life, and then told the story of how that happened to me when we got word my sister was taken by ambulance from school, to be operated on.  I'll let you read my memoirs for the "rest of the story."I'm glad your "one ring" resulted in better news than you had anticipated. Thanks for sharing.  I wish south and north came together more frequently.  I miss seeing you.

So sorry to hear about the car accident.  Thank you for posting this.  I don't even know you but I am on this site because my friend the Wipfs shared your story with me.  I have been blessed by your walk of faith through the trials of life.  I have been struggling with fear since I now have two driving children in our household.  I know that I need to trust God and His sovereignty with their lives, but sometimes the fear is so gripping to me.....I can't imagine what I would do if something were to happen to them.  Anyway, thank you for your post.  It give me more strength to trust our Sovereign God with our precious children.  God bless you as you remember your precious son, Victor.   In His Care,
