9th Alive Day

Today we celebrated Corey's 9th Alive Day.  I am so thankful for his determination and dedication these past nine years.  For nine years he has attended therapy-a monotonous routine for many, but he goes and works his hardest so that he can keep improving.  Thank you all that celebrated with us tonight, for the phone calls, texts, emails, and warm loving thoughts.  We always keep the Schild, Cuka, and Kokesh families close to our heart, but today we send extra thoughts and prayers to them.  It was an honor to know those true American heroes.  Corey is always sharing stories about them and his face lights up when talking about them.  Gone, but never forgotten.  Thank you again for supporting our family.
