Inaugural Connor Cures Gala & Silent Auction
Written Sep 2, 2013 9:36pm by Henry WhiteDay 2 - Pediatric Cancer Awareness Month.
We have found a wonderful phase 1 trial we are hoping to invest into, but we need to raise a lot more money. The Connor Cures Gala & Silent Auction should go a long way towards doing that. It is in 3 weeks (Saturday, September 21st) and we still need to sell a few more Sponsorships, Tables and Individual Tickets. We have focused on companies buying Sponsorships and Tables, but are now open for Individual Ticket Sales too.
Remember, many of these children suffering from cancer have no hope for survival without clinical trials. Your contribution has the power to make a difference in the lives of these children.
Please check out our information, share it and let us know if you can help us.
Happy Birthday to our Angel Connor

Connor Supports Jack & Abby
Written Jun 25, 2013 4:48pm by Henry WhiteToday would have been Connor's cousins' (Jack & Abby) birthday - they would have been 4 years old. The Jack & Abby Neonatal Foundation focuses on providing support for families with a baby(ies) in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) or for those at risk for preterm labor. They do this by increasing awareness and educating about the symptoms and risks of preterm labor; and providing financial assistance to families in need with babies in the NICU. As we mentioned before, Connor spent a week in the NICU when he was born. He will be connected with Jack and Abby forever and we will continue to support them by participating in their annual 5K Race for the NICU. We all participated and had a blast. Hayden and Noah both ran in the kids fun run. Hayden - a full sprint for the second year in a row (luckily Beth ran with him) and Noah completed his first run. Beth and I ran together, maybe next year we can knock a few minutes off our time. Thanks for those that supported us and donated to raise funds to support both. If you still want to donate, please feel free by clicking HERE.Also note: Tribute Donations here do not go to Connor Cures. While this site is wonderful, it does not help Connor Cure Cancer.
