Conner's 2yr anniversary date came today, Dec 14th and we are still trying to put the pieces back together. He was a wonderful little boy who brought great joy and love to us, his family. We now have a wonderful angel watching over us.

Dear Friends and Family,

This entry is very, very hard for me. Just found out about 30 minutes ago that one of our the children in my Down Syndrome family has suddenly passed away. It was a huge shock to us all.
Precious Isaac was an amazing, uplifting, happy, loving, full of energy, be the best you can be, beautiful, strong, couragest, detemined,priceless gift from God child.
I got to share doing the buddy walk and other events for our children during the time and since Conner was hear on earth. His parents Barb and Scott where an amazing support system for Steven and me and are family to us.
Please say an extra pray for them as they now walk this journey of saying bye to their son.
