Thank you for the update.  What an awesome year you guys have had.  Your make a wish trip sounds wonderful.  So glad you had such a great time.  Happy to hear that Maya's immune system is recovering well.  Our prayers are being answered every day!  Thank you God. Glad that school is going well and how fun for Maya and Jaden to be riding their bikes so well.  Happy to hear that Mina and Sam are doing great too.  The Chamberlin family is TOPS and you deserve all the best.  Praying that health and happiness continues for all of you.  Hope to see you in Cincinnati in June.

What a joy to read this account of Maya's progress.  I loved learning about the Make a Wish trip to Florida.   I support Make a Wish and learning of your experience makes me determined to continue!!!

I'm so glad Mike and Shelly and their kids could also share in this wonderful adventure.

Good luck with your fellowship, Mina.  I am grateful to you for your recent support with my medical challenge.

Love to you all, Aunt Judy and Uncle Les

Hi Mina, I was so happy to read your update on Maya's health. Although we have still never met face to face, I have been cheering your family on for a long time now. (Recall, Jennifer Sherman put us into contact shortly after you made the move to Cincinnati for treatment.) Anyway, I was also happy to hear about your great experience at Give Kids the World. I worked as a Development Representative there from 1993 - 1995, and the Village holds a cherished place in my heart. Congratulations on this giant step forward.

Wow!!!! Amazing to read this entry today. Just the other day while doing the Big Climb here in Seattle, I remembered Maya. My cousin, Kartik, while fighting his battle with Leukemia had come across Maya's Caring Bridge story and had sent it along, letting us know that we should spread the word for Maya's need of Bone Marrow.

While Kartik did not survive his battle, it is sooooo great to see Maya doing so well! Touch wood. I am sure Kartik is smiling too.

So sorry to hear of your aunt's passing, Mina.  Dr. Cooray mentioned it during clinic.  So glad that the doctors were able to treat your "spinal" headache!!!  It is truly wonderful what medicine can do in this day and age and Maya's recovery is proof!!!    I hope that we are able to meet up next time you are in L.A. or I am close to Cincinnati!!!  Miss you all tons!!!    :-(
