"...His faithfulness will be your shield and rampart." Psalms 91:4.
      What I've just understood from this verse is that it says "his faithfulness"  not ours, will be our shield. Often I have wondered if my faith was strong enough to face the obstacles in my life. Isn't it comforting to know that although our faith may not always be perfect, but His will. We had appointments at St. Jude’s today. All is well. The tissue removed in surgery was not tumor. It was fibrous tissue, nothing to be concerned about. Cole is healing well from the surgery and is exceedingly healthy and happy, just like he is supposed to be.  We are in Memphis now where I will be doing the 5k tomorrow night at 7:00 to raise money for St. Jude.  You may see me on the news. I’ll be wearing the blue shirt that says “Run for Cole” under the headline, “Worlds Slowest Woman Finishes Race.”  No, really, if you do see me in the news, it should be under the words, “God is Good.”
