Prayers have been answered!  What a brave soldier you have been Cody.  The Lord must be very proud of you.

Your determination to keep up in school and sports is an attribute that will get you through life.

Cody, Ed and Tricia we can't begin to describe how proud we are of how you handled this challenge.  We hope you can enjoy the summer and enjoy each other.

We continue prayers for you and thank the good Lord for this great news!

Thank you for being such a wonderful inspiration for all of us!  We are glad to hear Cody is doing so well and making every moment count!  If he would ever like to come deliver a bag of fun with us, we love to allow full circle moments!  He can be a direct inspiration for some other child!  We will keep you all in our prayers!

Although accomplishments are huge and recover a tremendous gift I expected nothing less. First Cody is Ed & Trish's son and they would tip the earth for him and then he is obviously is one of The Lord's special guys. Cody has established a "platform" just like his dad did, Looking forward to Cody's impact on all of us and the world.

Aces, Eagles and Birds Cody.
 God Bless.

You are such an amazing kid! I am so proud of you and all of your accomplishments. "Slacker" is definitely not in your vocabulary! I'm very happy to hear that you are still in remission. Enjoy your summer- you deserve it it- and I cannot believe you will be a senior in the fall!

Love,

Cody, I've only met you but know your dad pretty well. You are an amazing chip off the block; your story is so encouraging. It's good to know a young person who endures and remains energized to continue in life and share with others.

I am suffering with three friends who have cancer; one in remission 3  + years after being told he had 18 months to live. One who has been fighting lung cancer after being misdiagnosed and treated for the wrong disease for 5 months, but after 6 months diagnosis, treatment, and later prognosis is that one lung is tumor free and the other almost. And another friend I have been close to since Sophmore algebra, who is awaiting prognosis with pancratic cancer.

I will share your story with each, and encourage them to be as strong. Again, thank you for sharing and for enduring with grace.

Way to go Cody, Trish and Ed.  So good to get an update on your continued progress.  I have worn pink all week thinking about many survivors I know and being a survivor myself.  I'm going out to Western Kansas this week to see a cousin who is going through treatments at the present time and get in on the wheat harvest.  Will make a decision on Paul's (and my) cemetery stone and visit his grave putting many ribbons on it as flowers won't last.  Paul would be thrilled to know about your continued interest in catching.  He has a DVD that John Buck made for him to give to his catchers.  I have a copy for you if you would like it.

Keep on keeping on.  I'm proud of you and your parents.  Can't believe you are so tall.  Marlene
