Happy Thursday to everyone.  Last night I had my first baseball team practice for the season.  The weather was perfect for all the kids from Rainbows for Kids to get together and play ball at the Afton Athletic Fields.  Rainbows for Kids really understand what kids want when they can't do everything everyone else can do.  I always look forward to their ball team each year.  At least this year I can make it to all three games. 

I am going to have to make this short, since it is so nice outside and mom isn't letting us stay inside very long.  I just wanted to thank everyone for all their prayers.  I have received in the mail these past few months a couple of prayer cards.  Things are really going well.  God is answering our prayers.  I have gained 8 pounds.  My arms are getting stronger and I am starting to get them over my head.  It takes a little work, but they are getting there.  I am really looking forward to August 14th to pitch out the first pitch at the Cardinals game.  I am feeling stronger everyday and I think I can do it.  Mom says she knows I can.  And now I have to get off the computer.  I have to get back to practicing my pitching.  Please have a safe and happy 4th of July.  Please take the time to say a prayer for our men and women overseas and serving this great nation.  I am getting to see my brother Zach this weekend for one last time before he deploys.  Please say a prayer for him to stay safe.  God bless you all and Happy 4th of July!
