Hello Everyone,

This will be very brief, but I have two urgent prayer requests. 

First, the prinicipal of our kid's school, Phil Cott, is having surgery to remove one of his kidneys tomorrow due to a tumor.  He is an amazing principal and a very wonderful person.  Please join us in prayer for a smooth and successful surgery and a quick and full recovery for Phil Cott.

Second, my friend Alison's dad (Don Gold) who I asked you to pray for in my last update has been transferred out of Russia to a hospital in Germany but he is comatose and has been for ten days.  Please pray for his recovery, his situation is very grave.

We just returned from a whirlwind weekend in Central CA, first spending time with now newlyweds Hector and Stephanie whose wedding was held at a lovely winery in Paso Robles.  We also attended a fun pre-wedding dinner at a park the night before.

Today, I took the kids to Hearst Castle, then to Morro Bay and finally dinner in Santa Barbara (whew!)  A lot of traveling for one day!  We pray for a safe, fun and wonderful vacation for Hector and Stephanie as they depart for Portugal tomorrow!

Happy Father's Day Tim (and to all you dad's out there,) and Happy Birthday (June 24) (I hope you win your trial for your birthday!) 

Gotta run and unpack and sort laundry, then off to bed, tomorrow is the first day of Vacation Bible School for my kids!
