Everyday we feel the hole in our lives
Left there when you had to fly

Knowing our journey together was at the end

We go through our days thinking of you
Looking for signs that you are near
Feathers on the ground say hi I’m okay
Bring smiles to our hearts and tears to our eyes

We walk through a world that will never be the same
Trying so hard to live with the pain
Our hearts are broken as we think of you
Wishing to see you and hold your hands

So many lives have been touched by your life
Lived to the fullest in too short a time
Showing the world all you could be
Leaving us to wonder what would have been

Four hearts in our house, know you are gone
