Charlotte Hermione Patrice passed away September 3, 2007 in the ICU section of Philippine Children's Medical Hospital.She was only 3yrs and 4 months old.Her last words were "Mommy, I'm scared" and "Mommy, I'm tired..."...murmured to me on Saturday, September 1....and then she closed her eyes ...and since then, she never spoke a word nor opened her eyes until her heart finally stopped beating early morning of Monday...

She was an epitome of strength and hope...The struggle with leukemia was adamant but she battled with a cheerful attitude...not a trace of sadness in her eyes....

She will forever stay in our hearts....
