Welcome One and ALL!

My name is Charlotte Grace Hayes but my friends call me "Boo"...and some call me "Charles." I was diagnosed with Partial Trisomy 16, partial Monosomy 9 before I was born-a very rare diagosis. Look around to learn my story, and sign my guestbook so I know who you are too!

-Charlotte (Boo.)

Charlotte's cardiology appointment went well--there appears to be no change in her heart issues since January. We have decided to treat her 'episode' as a freak occurance and not get too worked up about it.
In other news, Charlotte got her hearing aides last week and it looks like we are going to get help from Angels Hands Foundation paying for them. Unfortunately since turning three Charlotte has developed quite a drama streak and thus far refuses to wear them, screaming whenever they are turned on. Today we go to have the volume turned way down on them and try to get her used to them. She also has decided she can't handle the vaccuum again, and even protested in the bath yesterday, something she usually loves. Otherwise she has been happy and sweet, sleeping better than usual and preparing for her new sister.
