I'm so happy to have Cass & the whole family back here where I can see them & spend time with them on a regular basis again! Cassidy continues to amaze me with her strength & determination. I get to take her to therapy quite often and her therapists always say the same thing - what a strong, determined young lady she is! And I'm so proud that she'll be making her First Communion this week end. Can you tell I LOVE having her & her whole family here??? LOL She continues to be my hero and to inspire me and every one who meets her!

Cass is THE most amazing little 7 year old I know!  She's bright, talented, beautiful and just AWESOME.  She is my hero and my inspiration!  I sure do miss living in the same house & having her, Brady & Hailey come down stairs to visit with Granny!  Her sunny smile always brightened my days!

I know I sound like a broken record - but I just can't say it enough...Cassidy just totally amazes me!  I know there are limitations because of her muscle strength etc but there is NOTHING she won't try and eventually accomplish.  Much of this strength and determination come from a loving, supportive family who never see any kind of disability - only opportunity!  She is a very fortunate young lady to have the wonderful parents, siblings and others in her life that do all that they can to help her grow and WE are all blessed to have this sweet spirit in our lives to show us what we all can do if we put our minds to it and are willing to work!

Sometimes a break from the routines of exercise, therapy, etc are good for everyone and now that you're all getting settled and things are getting back to normal you'll get back in that groove too, so don't stress over it too much!

    Dear Lawrence and family,
What a wonderful inspiring story about your daughter.  I had no idea of the struggles that your family has been through.  Your story is amazing and has such hope in every word.  I have taught for 15 years and I have had many children in my classes with special needs, and I know that Cassidy will flourish and have a wonderful life especially with parents like you.  I admire you for your strength and I wish many successes with your beautiful daughter Cassidy!

    With Love,

Cass is my hero also and so are Lawrence & Becky for all that they do to strengthen Cassidy and Hailey and Brady too; and do what ever it takes to help continue their growth.

I am so amazed at the progress this little girl has made.  She works so hard at everything and I don't believe there is ANYTHING she can't do!  I've seen her strength & determination.  I've seen her struggle to accomplish so many things already in her young life - always hearing her say "I can do it".  And I know that as she grows she will be even more of an example to all of US as to what you can do if you're willing to give it your all.

She is a very blessed young lady - she has a strength and determination to accomplish anything and she is blessed with a wonderful family - from a brother & sister who love her & support all that she does to parents who will always see that she has the care she needs to help strengthen her mind & her body.  She has aunts, uncles, cousins, a Nana and a Grandma who love her, pray for her and support her in all that she does.  And she has good friends who don't see her as any different - they just enjoy her as a good friend.

I am blessed to have her in my life also.  And I can't wait to see her grow into an even more beautiful person - a strong role model for all of us and to continue her growth & determination.

It's so reassuring to hear about a great day at Kindergarten. My son is RH and almost 3.5 and will be off to JK next September. I am already very nervous about it!  but good to hear a great story.
