Carter is a beautiful boy, the apple of our eyes. He loves Buzz Lightyear, snakes, frogs and anything space. On 6/7/2007 Carter went to school and felt fine. Later that morning he had a high fever and complained of pain in his tummy. The news at the hospital was more than shocking. Carter had cancer. UPDATE...as of 5/8/08 Carter's still in remission!!!

Many of you knew that today was Carter's CT scan. I am beyond thrilled to report that his results were NED! I received the best Mother's Day gift I could have gotten. Not a thing showed up in there that shouldn't have been. He is still in remission and the 15th marks his 6 mos in remission mark which reduces his chances for a relapse greatly. Today was very stressful but by far a great day. I am so grateful to God for this continued healing. Thank you all for your prayers and happy Mother's Day!
