After reading about Kate Mcconnell's birth last night, I somehow found myself over here again...re-reading parts of Cam's story. Just was reflecting on your text that morning, driving past Camden and Catherine streets, asking my bible study group to pray for him as he was being born, seeing him that one time when he was still so small, etc.....

What a miracle he is!
We love you...

Dear Sweet Camden!

Although I have never laid eyes upon you in person, you have stolen my heart since the very first time I heard the worried filled words coming from your Mom that you had blessed their lives just a "tid-bit" early!  Your parents are the most corageous people I have met, their faith is undeniably the strongest of anyone I have ever come across and their love for your radiates through every word they speak of you.

I have anticipated updates through this site for the last 15 months and dread the day they stop.  Your success stories have given me the strength to make it through many struggles our family has faced in the last year.  Knowing your strength and determination to live has provided me strength and determination to "make it through".  I want to thank you for that.  I want to thank your parents for doing the same, as their darkest moments gave me the power to make it through my own dark moments.  Your entire family is remarkable and I am blessed to know you, my life is better having met you all!

Through out life, Camden, I hope that you use that same strength and courage that you possessed at such a young and fragile age to forge through any hard times that you may face.  May you view your parents as a true source of knowledge and encouragement as noone will ever know you like they know you.  I wish the three of you continued health and success.  May God continue to be the light that leads you.

Much Love from here in Texas~

Your precious words made me cry! GOD is so GOOD! Isn't He?
We haven't teh fainest clue what He has instore for us. But He sure knows.
We all get stronger with each new day. Being a Mommy is the proudest, joyous thing I have EVER done with my life. Yet the hardest also.
Alot of things you say/write regarding your journey is like I said those myself also. I so understand where you're coming from.
We have such little miracles and are so blessed.

Sweet Camden,

We have only met once. On your one month birthday, I got to see you in your isolette. you were so tiny and fragile, but holding on to life with all that you had.

I am so proud of you.

You may not know it, but you have a whole bunch of people in North Carolina who love you. Just a few moments after you were born, a group of 25 women stopped and prayed for you. They have continued to follow your progress along with many other people we know around here.

You are an inspiration to so many people. I know you are going to do great things.

Thank you for helping me believe in miracles.

Love,
Aunt Amy

PS. I am so glad you like the Praise Baby DVD's. Hollister still loves his after 2 years....that's good news for your mom and dad.
