Callie was diagnosed with DSRCT (Desmoplastic Small Round Cell Tumor) Sept. 2005 at age 17. She underwent extensive surgery, a harsh Chemo Regimen, a Stem Cell Transplant, and 4 weeks of full abdominal Radiation. This tumor is very rare and even more rare in females. We hope to increase awareness about DSRCT so that more research will be put into it.

Hello! Just a quick note to let you know that Callie's recent doctor visit was good. Her counts are doing fine and she continues to get stronger. We wish that everyone could have the same results as she has. She is doing great in school and she is looking forward to a career doing something to make people feel better about themselves. I am trying to get a new picture of her so you can see her real hair. Hopefully I will get one soon. God Bless Everyone fighting this thing. We do know how blessed we are.
