    Hey Bud,

    Notice I did not call you Ralphie or Ralph Stanley(only on the card, sorry).
    I have to thank you for all the fun times and pictures, good, bad, or goofy that we had and you captured in pictures.  I love and cherish all our memories.  Thank you.
    I am so happy that you are home.  Kick back, take it easy, and let everyone wait on you!!!
    I love you, Bud.  Thank you so much.

    Dear Bud & Betty and family,

    Good to hear Bud is back home with his loving supportive family.  Thanks to David, I have had the fun experience of knowing Bud, Betty and Lisa and enjoying celebrating various occasions thru the years.  One most memorable are the photos you took Bud during my 50th Birthday celebration in Berkeley  Umm a few years ago.  I have cherished those great memories and photos.  You are a true artist and the memories your family has in photo history is a great representation of YOU!   My prayers of support are with you and all around you.  Take care all of  you!

    Love and God's Peace & Blessings

    Dear David,

    My thoughts and prayers are with you and the family.  All though I only got to meet your Dad a few times, he always left me smiling or laughing.  He won't remember me but please tell him hello for me. What wonderful family photo's...I see why you're such a great guy.

    I pray that God Blesses you all abundantly and keeps watch over you.  I will request a prayer at my church this Sunday.  Take care.

     The Kilburns!!!
     Janet Bailey forwarded this web page to me...For the life of me I couldn't figure out why until I started reading the guest book.
      Bud, You probably barely remember who I am, But I still treasure the wedding album that you did for Dave Wilson and myself some 30 years ago...remember the roping arena, Bill Shaver and the surrey wagon...me riding off on the big roan horse...without Dave?
     It was a dream he had and I was grateful to be able to do that for him and thank you for memorializing it for us..Since then Dave has gone and I was supposed to be gone also...they gave me a 30% chance of survival from lung and throat cancer...But I set my sights on the back country and I BEAT IT..
      Whatever your prognosis...you are already a winner. your family and friends are rallying around you and I hope that you are happy and comfortable!!!
      Thanks again for your crazy daughters ( I was in Lisa's class at WHS) and for being such an amazing person and photographer!

    My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.  I know we only met once but it is a meeting that I will never forget. You were so sweet to Jeremy.  I can remember seeing you on the floor playing with him and how happy he was. From what I hear from Ann and Kelly you have touched the lives of many and I truly feel honored we (Jeremy & I) had the opportunity to meet you and Betty.  Take care.  Stephanie

    Thank you Kilburn Family for including all of us through CaringBridge.  There is not one of you that is not in our thoughts these past few days.  Every single one of you are loved and adored.  And Buddy-Boy, you are one of the bright stars in the night sky........Are they stars or just pin-pricks in the fabric covering Heaven?  Later............................jb

    Anytime I hear that someone I care about is going through hard times, my mind starts a kaleidoscope of memories and here are a few that popped up immediately about Bud:
    - Twinkling Blue Eyes, and a face that says I'm looking for some trouble to get into;
    - A laugh that starts in his toes and travels the top of his head;
    - Perez saying, "David isn't very neat for a Gay Man" and Bud saying, "That's my Boy!";
    - Bud doing the "WALK FOR LIFE" with Terry and Terry telling me later, "I just LOVE that guy!";
    - Bud walking around with a camera taking picture after picture at the "WALK";
    - Sitting in the Old Mission Church during an ASN Candlelight Memorial listening to Bud and Lisa exchanging dirty limericks and watching David squirm;
    - Realizing that the reason I LOVE this Family so much is because, Bud and Betty have instilled a lot of Love and Goodness in their children and they are all practicing what they have been taught.

    My LOVE and thoughts are with each of you on this journey,
    Take Care, Rach

    We are so sorry to hear that you are waging a war with cancer.  I has been some time since I last saw Betty but at that time she did notmention any illness.  We will remember you in our prayers--all of you.

    So glad you're home Biggie! I love looking through the old pictures--you were like a young James Dean!

    I hope we'll see each other real soon--Kingsley needs a nickname as great as yours! We're thinking of you guys always. Take care, you have a beautiful family.

    Glad you're home, Bud!  I toiled over this in your honor:

    There once was a man they called "Biggie".
    His clan was notoriously wiggy.
    They took all Bud's cues -
    Odd lim'ricks they'd spew.
    Bud taught them how not to be priggies!

    I want you to know how wonderful it is to feel so included as a family-member-add-on.  You're a special guy and have a huge, welcoming heart.  It's obvious that you've shared that heart with everyone who's visiting this page and we all love you for it!

    Much love to you (and Betty, DEK, Lovely, Ann, Kelly and Shorty).
