We see Dr Diab at UCSF on Wednesday.  We are getting the plan for Bryce's leg.  Collin's law states that at 3.75 years from the end of chemo, 98% of children that will reoccur will have already reoccurred.  Bryce is currently at 2.25 years.  He has been cancer free3.1 years.  I really don't want to disturb his leg surgically until he passes the collin's law time which is November of 2010.  I would like to work on the unaffected leg first.  I will request this of Dr Diab, but he is the specialist.  His speciality is leg length discrepancies in children and scoliosis.  Bryce is growing phenomenally fast.  He is currently at approximately 2 inch leg length discrepancy.  What has been mostly affected is his femur.  The picture us of his radiation burn.  It got much worse than that.  Those pictures help me to describe to Dr Diab areas affected by radiation.  We have been listening to healing prayers all this morning and praying for those growth plates.  Bryce's scans are July 20th.  We believe God's promises to his people for health.   He has got us this far thus far.

We wish you a happy 4th of July.  Love and cherrish your families.  Every day I am reminded how important each individual family member is to me.  Thank you for supporting us through and out of this cancer journey.  God be with you.
