Bryce, at 22 months, has been diagnosed with stage 3, high-risk neuroblastoma, unfavorable. Bryce passed away on Valantines Day 2007 - he was a happy cancer free little man, but passed away due to a bone marrow biopsy that was performed at Univ. of Minnesota Fairview, they went through the bone and didn't read the CT scan results. The picture is of Bryce playing with his cousins Ben and Bailee in the Solarium at St. Josephs Hospital. For those who don't know this is the play room for the pediatric oncology patients that are restricted from leaving the oncology unit because of the risk of infections. I'm very glad they had this room, Bryce always enjoyed getting out of his hospital room and this gave him space to move and play.

The BOP have begun this year's cookie sale to help fund treatments for neuroblastoma! Please be sure to choose the BOP when ordering because there are other funds to contribute to from the order form.
