My Story

Due to a genetic condition called hyperlipidemia, Bruce has had numerous pancreatic attacks in the past 12 years. Recently, the attacks have become closer together and this time, more pronounced than in the past. As a result, on October 26, Bruce had another attack which his pancreas couldn't handle. This led to an overall shutdown of several vital organs and body systems.

Thanks to Bruce's improved energy levels, we are going to his
25th high school reunion in Chicago on Thursday.  Thanks to everyone whose prayers have helped us get this far, as just a few weeks ago he could not have made the trip.  Once back, his procedure is scheduled for July 8 to see if the small intestines are moving or not.
