Hi everyone!

Sorry I haven't updated in a while. Brody had an appointment in the cities on Tuesday for his chest x-ray and meeting with our surgeon. Everything looks great! It was a huge relief to hear that from Dr. Roback. When we went down last Oct. thinking everything was fine, it wasn't, so now we are extremely nervous for his appointments because we don't know what the Dr. is going to say. Both Ryan and I let out a huge sigh followed by big smiles after Brody's appointment.

Brody is such a busy boy. I tell people he is 500% boy. He is almost 17 months and oh boy, he keeps us on our toes. He is always on the go and never seems to stop. His personality can be so funny. He has a goofy side to him. He likes to copy Abby, which can cause problems at times. Abby loves to play with him and I think their favorite game is to wrestle. They also like to play chase the ball. He loves to climb and crawl on her. Brody also loves to be outside. He tantrums when he has to come in. He is very good at throwing tantrums and likes to do it often. He is a challenge for us at times. His eating is getting better. He still eats some pureed foods, but now eats more regular foods, too. He still will not eat any meat unless it is pureed. He likes fruit, yogurt, cheese, french fries and anything sweet. Slowly he is making progress. He is so stubborn, too, that he doesn't want to try new things. Nobody said raising Brody would be easy. He is a sweet little guy, though. He loves to play in the water and we are looking forward to taking the kids to the lake this summer. He will love it. We are also going to Duluth next week to stay at the Edgewater. He is also the ring bearer in my sister's wedding on June 28th. Even though we don't have alot planned for the summer, Brody will keep us plenty busy. It is so nice to write a happy update.

Have a super summer!

Dana
