Strep AGAIN!

Well, Billy has Strep Throat again! This is the second time since November 5th that he has had it. The pediatrician suggested that we see the ENT since he has been getting frequent Strep infections. We will wait until he gets his next one to make that next step. The outcome will most likely be to remove the tonsils. That's all Billy needs as he recovering from double hip surgery. I've suctioned him many times to get the "boogers" out. He's been tolerating it better than when they do it in the pediatricians office. It certainly isn't the best thing to do to your child, but the relief that it gives him makes us feel better about the entire process. His fever is down now that we have an anitbiotic on board. Thank God!

John is away this weekend, so it's been hectic to say the least. The other boys have been amazing. Johnny enjoys being the "man" of the house while Daddy is away. He let his leadership be known the entire time. They miss him just as much as I do!
